About the Role
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing personalized support to enhance client experiences, including directions, transportation, facility location assistance, and ensuring comfort and stress-free interactions.
  • Greeting clients and guests, offering information about our establishment, and assisting with appointment bookings.
  • Coordinating transportation, scheduling appointments, and organizing activities or referrals upon request.
  • Performing general tasks such as delivering mail and photocopying documents.
  • Supporting clients by resolving issues, responding to inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Providing accurate directions and relevant local information as required.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local services and resources.

Requirements
  • Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer-facing role or healthcare setting would be advantageous but not essential.
