About the Role:

  • Drive brand growth and customer acquisition across all channels
  • Shape and protect the brand across every customer touchpoint
  • Inspire alignment across marketing, sales, partnerships, membership, and CX
  • Develop strategic partnerships to amplify brand visibility and expand reach
  • Own our content & influencer strategy – from concept through to outreach and partnerships
  • Plan and execute weekly release comms strategies to keep our loyal customers engaged and excited
  • Lead CRM and email marketing – from strategy to execution and analysis
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team
  • Get hands-on and proactive – this is a role where ideas turn into action quickly

About You:

  • A marketing all-rounder who can seamlessly combine traditional brand marketing with digital, eCommerce, and pure-play retail strategies
  • Proven marketing experience with a track record in brand growth and customer acquisition
  • Strong skills in CRM, email marketing, content creation, influencer, and digital PR outreach
  • Experience developing strategic partnerships to amplify reach
  • Strategic thinker with a creative flair and hands-on approach
  • Comfortable leading and developing a small team
  • Hungry to take ownership, solve problems, and deliver results
  • Passion for fashion, branding, and creating exceptional customer experiences
