Job Description

The Production Manager will play a pivotal role in leading a team of Superintendents, developing systems of work and resources to meet production objectives, and supporting the safe and efficient operation of the mine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of experienced professionals in an underground mining environment
  • Develop and implement operating systems to streamline production and improve efficiency
  • Manage performance targets and plans aligned with site requirements
  • Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders to support production delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A NSW Undermanager Certificate of Competency and Practising Certificate or tertiary qualifications in a relevant engineering field
  • Sound knowledge of underground mining processes and practical knowledge of mining equipment
  • Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
