Job Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Project Coordinator to join our team in Alice Springs, NT - Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Project Manager, ensuring department and project objectives regarding budget, schedule, and quality targets are achieved.
  • Compile material inventory records and prepares requisitions for procurement of materials and supplies.
  • Provide high-level coordination support, liaison, and communication with internal and external stakeholders to enable project and portfolio works to occur.
  • Support the Project Manager with the implementation of the Project Management Plan for all phases of the project.
  • Monitor and report status against key performance indicators or contractual metrics on a routine basis.
  • Ensure compliance with all site environmental health and safety requirements.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent demonstrated experience.
  • Field: Engineering, Construction, or Project Management or other relevant discipline.
  • Drivers License.
  • Demonstrated 2+ year's relative experience applicable in the field of operations, maintenance, and construction or engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage both subcontractors and consultants.
  • Demonstrated knowledge, experience, and understanding of schedule, scope, and budget management.

Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands

  • The position is desk-based and sedentary in nature, the ability to lift items up to 5kgs may be required occasionally.

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Able to fluently read, write, and speak English.
  • Australian or US citizen.

EHS Requirement

All Amentum personnel are responsible for understanding and complying with all site environmental, health, and safety requirements.
