Key Roles and Responsibilities

The Traffic Signal Technician will be responsible for supporting the efficient operation of traffic signals in Brisbane, ensuring they remain safe and functioning correctly.

Job Description:

As a member of a small team, you will work Monday to Thursday, from 7pm – 4:30am, transforming nights with ever-changing fault-finding, problem-solving, and testing of traffic signals across the entire network.

  • You will spend your evenings installing, maintaining, and repairing street lighting, closed-circuit television cameras (CCTV), and other Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) installations.
  • This role offers a great work-life balance with a competitive remuneration package, paid breaks, and potential for additional paid overtime on top.

Starting position is C8 with associated skills. As a Traffic Signal Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining and installing traffic signals, intelligent transport systems, and data networks throughout Brisbane.
