**Compliance Leader Role**

At the heart of our mission to become a customer-centric healthcare company, we're seeking a senior Compliance Professional to lead our APAC Compliance and Conduct Risk team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain compliance frameworks, policies, and systems to ensure effective compliance management.
  • Lead regulatory change implementation across the business, driving identification, assessment, and implementation of new requirements.
  • Monitor and assess compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
  • Support the preparation of accurate compliance reports for management and executive audiences.

**Requirements:**

  • 10 years of professional experience in compliance roles within highly regulated environments.
  • Practical expertise in compliance, including obligation management, compliance plans, and regulatory change.
  • Knowledge of APRA and broader commercial regulatory environments.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
