Job Title: Food Court Assistant

Costco Wholesale is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Court Assistant to join our team at Marsden Park. As a Food Court Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our food court area, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our food service team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and utensils to maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to drivers, members, employees, and suppliers, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
  • Inventory Management: Restock supplies and industrial-sized containers of ingredients, and collect cardboard and trash, operating the trash compactor and cardboard baler.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate cash registers, forklifts, and other equipment as necessary.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist in other areas and departments of the warehouse as needed, and follow department production procedures and standards for quality and consistency of finished product.
Requirements:
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks and responsibilities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and management.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.
