Eye Care Professional

As an Optical Dispenser, you will play a vital role in the patient journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prescription Analysis: Interpret and analyse prescriptions with precision to ensure every customer receives exactly what they need.
  • Frame Styling Specialist: Help customers select the ideal lens types for their prescription and take accurate measurements for a perfect fit.
  • Quality Control Expert: Perform thorough checks and adjustments to spectacles, ensuring everything is just right before collection.
  • Customer Service Champion: Deliver unrivalled customer service and stay up-to-date on promotions and products, confidently explaining contact lens specs and suitability.
