About the Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will have the opportunity to provide eye care and eyewear styling advice to patients and prospective clientele.

  • Dispense lenses and frames per prescriptions provided by our Optometrists.
  • Build meaningful relationships with our clientele that gives them a reason to visit us again.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures.
Requirements
  • 1+ years experience in optical or 2+ years retail sales experience.
  • Previous store opening/closing duties.
  • Strong attention to detail and basic mathematical skills.
  • Confident, clear and effective communication skills.
  • Capable of building trusting and respectful relationships.
  • Self-motivated, positive and friendly manner.

Optical Dispensing Certificate IV is highly desired but not essential.

This role offers opportunities for career growth beyond a customer-facing position.
