Job Overview:

Digital Geeks, a leading provider of on-site computer repair and technical support services, is seeking an experienced Onsite Computer Repair Technician to deliver exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Diagnose and repair complex hardware and software issues on Apple and Windows computers.
  2. Provide on-site computer repair and maintenance services, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of technical issues.
  3. Offer expert advice and technical support, fostering strong relationships with clients and promoting a positive brand image.
  4. Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed, ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
  5. Exemplify a professional and customer-centric demeanor at all times, upholding the Digital Geeks brand reputation.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues on both Apple and Windows computers.
  2. Proficiency with a range of operating systems and software applications, ensuring adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Strong problem-solving and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  4. Ability to work independently, managing your own schedule and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  5. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, ensuring a positive experience for clients and internal stakeholders.
  6. Reliable, well-maintained vehicle for traveling to client locations, with a valid State License and adequate insurance coverage.

Compensation and Benefits:

  1. Competitive hourly pay, ranging from $30.00 to $60.00 per hour, reflecting your expertise and value to the Digital Geeks team.
  2. Part-time schedule with flexible on-call availability, allowing you to manage your workload and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
  3. Traveling charges reimbursed at a rate of $1.00 per kilometer after the first 20 kilometers one-way, ensuring you're fairly compensated for your time and expenses.
