We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to fill the role of customer service and sales support representative.

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional service to customers.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming and outgoing phone calls
  • Assisting walk-in customers with pick up collection and inquiries
  • Providing information on customer order status
  • Completing administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing

Requirements:

  • High level of order data entry experience and ability to interpret purchase orders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Fresh school leaver or graduate welcome to apply
