The Greyhound Welfare and Integrity Commission is a leading organization dedicated to upholding the integrity of greyhound racing in NSW. As an Investigator, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the welfare of greyhounds and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.


Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Integrity Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting state-wide investigations, ensuring compliance with the Greyhound Racing Rules and associated NSW legislations. This is a full-time position based in Sydney Region.

Key Responsibilities



  • Conduct thorough and meticulous investigations into allegations of animal cruelty and related offenses;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information and evidence;
  • Provide expert advice on regulatory matters;
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve regulatory compliance;

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A degree in law, criminology, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in a regulatory environment, preferably in investigation or enforcement;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
