Gain hands-on experience as a Graduate Metallurgist in the KOTH operation, with structured learning and FIFO roster from Perth.

Job Role
  • Work in crushing, grinding, leaching and CIP, elution, refining, and tailings disposal as a Processing Technician.
  • Prepare samples and conduct wet laboratory tests as a Laboratory Technician.
  • Assist trades personnel in the Maintenance Department.
  • Perform metallurgical accounting and assist Plant and Senior Metallurgists in monitoring plant performance.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to gather critical data for surveys and improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate equipment and perform tasks within crushing, grinding, and processing units.
  • Develop and implement sampling strategies to ensure accurate test results.
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on laboratory equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to identify areas of improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Recognised tertiary qualifications in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Proven attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
