School-based Traineeships play a vital role in our organization's development and growth. We partner with a local training provider to offer Year 10 students the opportunity to work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations while gaining practical experience.

The Role

As a School-based Trainee, you will be working in a branch, completing certificate requirements, and participating in on-the-job training and assessments. This position is based at Plumbing Lismore.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Embracing our values, policies, and procedures
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Completing all requirements of the certificate
  • Processing sales and managing stock
  • Answering phone calls and taking messages/orders
  • Communicating effectively with customers and staff
  • Building product knowledge and providing follow-up services
  • Contribution to maintaining the branch at a high standard

About You:
