Job Description

We are seeking a Cashier Services Supervisor to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for supervising cashiers and ensuring the smooth operation of our casino cages and keno.

As a Cashier Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies;
  • Assisting in the supervision of cashiers and coordinating day-to-day operations;
  • Handling conflict and difficult guest service situations as required;
  • Confirming patron funds as they are deposited into our bank account or verification of bank cheques;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of two years' experience as a cashier or similar role in the financial crime or banking industries;
  • Previous supervisory experience advantageous;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Thorough knowledge of casino cage procedures;
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements relating to the Casino Control Act 1982 and associated legislation;
