**Job Summary:**

This is a dynamic role as a Cash Officer, where you will be responsible for the effective management of store cash takings and ensuring that all aspects of cash handling are compliant with company policies and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Collection of daily takings
  • Maintenance of Airport POS floats, replenishing change float as required
  • Daily cash management, counting cash takings and balancing with Glob+ POS system totals
  • Daily sales reports, including deposits and withdrawals
  • Resolution of POS discrepancies and follow-up with relevant stakeholders

**Additional Responsibilities:**

  • Cash banking, ensuring timely bank deposits in accordance with agreed process
  • Cash machine management, reporting cash totals and monitoring utilisation
  • Petty cash management, maintaining accurate records and submitting regular reports
  • Audit and maintenance of procedures and systems

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a cash office environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • High level of numerical ability and intermediate MS Office skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
