We are looking for a dynamic and motivated professional to join our team as a Service Delivery Coordinator.

As a key member of our Managed Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of contracted service tasks as outlined in our Support Agreements.

About the Role

You will report directly to the CTO and oversee the delivery of contracted service tasks for assigned customers. This will involve managing support tickets, upholding SLAs, and working closely with both customers and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Delivery Management
    • Manage support tickets: prioritization, resolution tracking, SLA compliance, and adherence to customer agreements
    • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement through proactive communication and issue resolution
    • Identify opportunities for service expansion and process improvement to enhance customer experience
    • Act as the voice of the customer within our organization to align services with client goals and objectives

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Managed Service environments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • A customer-centric mindset with the ability to handle complex discussions diplomatically
  • Self-motivation and the ability to perform under pressure to deliver results
