
Estate Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our Wills and Estates team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in providing exceptional administrative support and possess excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with estate administration files, including preparing applications for probate and letters of administration. They will also provide strong customer service and communication skills to support our clients.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting lawyers and contributing to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Assisting with estate administration files, including preparing applications for probate and letters of administration.
- Providing strong customer service and communication skills to support our clients.
- Responding to client enquiries via email and phone.
- Assisting with drafting and preparing correspondence, documents, presentations, and bills.
- Arranging and managing calendar appointments with our people and clients.
- A minimum of three years' experience as an Administration/Personal Assistant or Legal Assistant in a professional service or legal environment.
- Experience in Wills & Estates and a strong understanding of the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
