To do that, the team work with people to identify their goals and aspirations, build skills and job-readiness, and coach them through interviews and into employment - as well as work with prospective employers to support and help them realise the benefits of employing a diverse workforce.

As a Job Coach, you will responsible for the placement of clients living with disability, injury or health condition into work or education.
Reporting to the Service manager, you will be responsible for:

- Encouraging and motivating participants through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
- Building relationships with local employers to source vacant jobs for your clients;
- Reverse marketing of clients into jobs;
- Placing participants into sustainable employment leading to outcomes; and
- Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements.

**Essential Skills and Experience**:

- Demonstrated experience working in a fast pace customer service environment;
- Promote and support practices that are inclusive, responsive, safe and accessible;
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workload; and
- Hold a current driver's license.
