Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our centre. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of young children.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in early childhood education and a commitment to delivering high-quality learning experiences. You will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Creating and implementing innovative early learning programs
  • Documenting and sharing children's progress with families
  • Contributing to the implementation of the Guardian Curriculum
  • Participating in professional learning and development opportunities

Requirements:

A Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services is essential. Prior experience in long day-care, knowledge of the NQF and EYLF, and a current Working with Children's Check are also required.
