Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our data cleansing activities. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and verifying data to identify duplicate or inconsistent records.

About the Role:
  • Identify and remove duplicate or outdated records from internal systems
  • Merge, update, or delete entries based on set rules and quality standards
  • Maintain accurate records of changes and actions taken
  • Work within existing systems and databases to support data cleansing activities
  • Ensure data handling aligns with privacy, confidentiality, and compliance guidelines
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review, compare, and verify data to identify duplicate or inconsistent records
  • Support general administrative tasks related to the project as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in data entry, records management, or administrative roles is highly regarded
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Confident navigating databases, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to follow procedures and work independently in a high-volume environment
