Job Description

\
As a Data Quality Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our customer relationship management (CRM) data.
\
You will be responsible for reviewing, updating and standardising CRM records using Microsoft Dynamics, as well as validating data using internal rules and trusted sources.
\
Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to clarify or complete missing data, support data quality checks and assist with reporting and documentation.\
\

Required Skills and Qualifications

\
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
• Confident using databases or CRM systems (Dynamics experience an asset)
• Great communication skills – happy to clarify details with colleagues or external contacts
• Comfortable working independently and following structured processes\
\
