Job Title: Operations Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our team at ROUSSOS Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily activities of our business, ensuring that all projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the operations and project management teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining project files.
  • Assist with the coordination of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and necessary documentation.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage and maintain project documentation, including contracts, specifications, drawings, and ensure they meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with procurement, coordinate with vendors for timely delivery, and maintain up-to-date records of permits, inspections, and project progress.
  • Handle maintenance post-handover, manage maintenance requests, meetings, and bookings, and provide occasional reception coverage.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in an administrative role within the construction industry, preferably in high-end residential construction.
  • Proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks, maintain organization, and effectively communicate with team members.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • Understanding of construction processes, materials, and terminology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of professionalism and strong customer service.
