Logistics Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end logistics and warehouse operations across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost-effective operations.

  • Manage the performance and compliance of third-party logistics providers in AU & NZ
  • Oversight of inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation, and monthly/annual stock counts
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound freight to ensure timely and quality delivery
  • Lead warehouse invoice verification, PO receipt validation, and reporting
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams on availability and fulfillment
  • Ensure all logistics activities comply with Australian import/export regulations
  • Drive operational improvement through data analysis, systems review, and process optimization
  • Manage procurement processes, including RFQs and logistics tenders
  • Support returns, refurbishment, and scrapping processes with the Service team
  • Lead local logistics meetings and interface with global logistics counterparts
