About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Swim School Instructor to join our team at Next Generation Clubs.

As a Swim School Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching pre-school children through to adults how to swim, using your expertise and passion for aquatic education to make a positive impact on our members.

You will be part of a highly successful and enthusiastic team, working closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Instructing classes on how to swim for varying age groups;
  • Some administrative duties;
  • Liaising with parents of children;

Requirements:

  • AUSTSWIM qualification or equivalent;
  • AUSTSWIM Infant qualification;
  • Working with Children check;
  • Senior First Aid;
  • Resuscitation certificate.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, fun, and fresh, with a passion for aquatic education and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
