About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Swim Instructor to join our team at Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swimming classes to individuals of varying age groups, including infants and adults.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Instructing swimming classes to students of different age groups;
  • Teaching infant and baby swimming classes;
  • Performing administrative tasks related to the role;
  • Liaising with parents of children enrolled in swimming classes.

About You:

We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about swimming and teaching. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with children and adults of all ages. You will also need to have the necessary qualifications and certifications, including AUSTSWIM qualifications or equivalent, Working with Children check, Senior First Aid, and Resuscitation Certificate.

Requirements:

  • AUSTSWIM qualifications or equivalent;
  • Working with Children check;
  • Senior First Aid;
  • Resuscitation Certificate;
  • Flexible hours and days are required for this role;
  • Proof of right to work in Australia documentation will be required;
