In this critical role as a Mining Solutions Expert with Hexagon AB, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support, training, and expertise to our clients operating in complex mining environments.

Key Areas of Responsibility
  • To ensure that our cutting-edge technology solutions at client mine sites operate seamlessly and efficiently, identifying and resolving any technical issues that may arise.
  • To design and implement comprehensive training programs for customers on the safe and efficient operation of our equipment and software.
  • To diagnose and repair complex electronics and microprocessor-based systems, as well as radio communications equipment, on both customer premises and at HxGN facilities.

We seek a seasoned Mining Solutions Expert with a passion for working with advanced technologies and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in challenging mining environments.

This full-time position involves Monday-to-Friday onsite support at the Dawson mine site, providing an ideal opportunity for experienced professionals to join our team and drive success for our clients.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in diagnosing and repairing complex electronics and microprocessor-based systems.
  • Strong background in industries such as electronics, radio, television, automotive, or mining, with a focus on electronic/electrical repairs.
  • Year 12 Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification, along with a trade certificate or equivalent in Electronics, Industrial Electronics, Instrumentation, or Communications.
  • Manual car drivers' licence, with a keen interest in providing outstanding customer service and a willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to work independently, while maintaining strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
