Program Support Officers play a pivotal role in the Future Air Mobility Systems Program Office (FAMPO), working closely with various stakeholders to deliver exceptional support services across multiple air mobility projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Support: Provide expert operational assistance to FAMPO's diverse range of air mobility initiatives, encompassing task management, program workforce planning, onboarding and offboarding, unit security, workplace health and safety (WHS) support, risk management, and information and records management.
  • Leadership and Coordination: Effectively manage direct reports and coordinate project support opportunities, including arranging project travel, mailbox management, Fundamental Inputs to Capability (FIC) workshop coordination, and tender evaluation secretariat duties.
  • Process Improvement: Drive efficient business processes, promote effective governance, ensure practical compliance, and foster a positive, respectful, and productive work environment.

FAMPO is an innovative acquisition team located within Aerospace Systems Division (ASD).
