Air Conditioning Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems in various settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning units to ensure they are functioning efficiently and safely.
- Perform ductwork installation and modification to ensure optimal airflow and performance.
- Conduct routine checks and maintenance on air conditioning systems to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continually improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Specialist, with a strong understanding of system operation and maintenance.
- Ability to work at heights, lift heavy equipment, and perform physical labor for extended periods.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in air conditioning and refrigeration, such as RACCP or EPA Section 608.
- Experience working with commercial or industrial air conditioning systems.
- Familiarity with ductwork design software and estimation tools.
