**Data Insights Expert Role**

This is a highly varied position that requires a mix of data-related skills, particularly data manipulation, data analysis and data visualisation.

We are looking for someone who can interpret requirements from clients and business users and use these requirements to design and develop insightful analytics and reporting solutions.

You will be responsible for executing complex analytical tasks that provide actionable results to business users. This includes being responsible for task definition, deliverables and validation.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy.

You will work closely with the client services team to understand client objectives and with the development team to implement solutions.

Some key responsibilities include: executing complex analytical tasks, proactively profiling, analysing and interpreting campaign data and results, presenting ideas, results and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

You will also need to have knowledge of advanced statistical software packages, such as Python, R, SPSS and understanding of predictive/analytical modelling techniques, theories, principle and practices.

This role offers the opportunity to truly understand the business of our clients; understand their strategic goals and key issues, and then proactively identify how our product can help them achieve their objectives.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Experience communicating analytical results to clients and non-technical stakeholders.

- Knowledge of advanced statistical software packages, such as Python, R, SPSS.

- Understanding of predictive/analytical modelling techniques, theories, principle and practices.

- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI or other data visualisation tools.
