This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading global provider of technology-enabled risk, benefits, and integrated business solutions.

As an Insurance Portfolio Specialist, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of client relationships and ensuring accuracy in Bordereau reporting.

Your key responsibilities will include working cross-functionally with other Service Line Leads to ensure adherence to agreed/implemented policies and procedures.

You will also be responsible for reporting on client contractual obligations, developing and maintaining strong relationships with all parts of the Third-Party Administrator business as well as external working relationships with clients.

In addition, you will assist with on-boarding of new clients and maintain oversight of specific loss funds with responsibility to complete bordereau reports and work with client to receive funds.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in claims management/third party administration and proven success in building and maintaining client relationships.

A high level of attention to detail and accuracy in reporting is essential for this role.
