Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, client-centered occupational therapy services to clients and families in a community-based setting.
  • Lead business-related continuous improvement activities to enhance team performance and client outcomes.
  • Provide clinical supervision and training to therapists, and coach the team to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Support the leadership team in managing team performance to deliver efficient, effective, and consistent clinical services, maximizing client outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualification in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration.
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in occupational therapy, including experience with NDIS, home modifications, and assistive technology.
  • Demonstrated ability in people management and relationship building.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring a striving team.
  • Highly organized and excellent time management skills.
  • Passion and drive to make a difference in a specialized OT service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in staff recruitment, retention, and training.
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality management.
  • Enthusiasm to grow and expand team knowledge and skill set.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, OT drawing programs, and client management software.
  • Current driver's license and eligible to work permanently in Australia.
