- As a Senior Insights Analyst, you'll drive strategic decisions and campaign initiatives that benefit both Flybuys and our partners.
- You'll leverage your storytelling expertise to translate complex data into compelling narratives for senior stakeholders.
- Derive actionable insights from data to inform business decisions and strategy within Flybuys and partner organisations.
- Consult with stakeholders to understand business opportunities and design data solutions and campaign strategies.
- Present insights and recommendations using effective storytelling and data visualisation techniques.
You'll be responsible for:
- Sourcing and analysing data from various sources to uncover deep insights.
- Managing ad-hoc requests and developing automated dashboards.
- Designing data models and processes to support analytics and reporting.
- Analytics professional with a track record of delivering high-quality data solutions (5+ years experience).
- Naturally collaborative with strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving ability.
- Strong project management skills with prioritisation and multiple initiative management.
