We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Resourcer to join our team at Fuse Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing daily recruitment assistance and support to our Account Managers and Consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones and providing support to the team
  • Candidate screening and profiling
  • Conducting candidate interviews and assessments
  • Managing candidate databases and rosters
  • Conducting reference checks and verifying candidate information
  • Driving pre-employment compliance and ensuring candidate suitability
  • Advertising current job openings and managing job postings
  • Providing payroll support and administrative assistance
  • Providing on-call support and assistance outside of regular working hours

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a recruitment role is highly desirable
  • Hold a valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
