About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Compliance Specialist to join our team at IGT. As a key member of our regulatory affairs team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of compliance with gaming regulations across various jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regulatory Research and Analysis
    • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of gaming regulations and laws in various jurisdictions to ensure compliance with our products and services.
    • Identify and mitigate potential regulatory risks and issues.
  • Compliance Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure that our products and services meet regulatory requirements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Regulatory Communications and Training
    • Develop and deliver regulatory training programs for internal stakeholders.
    • Communicate regulatory requirements and changes to internal stakeholders.
  • Regulatory Reporting and Compliance Monitoring
    • Monitor and report on regulatory compliance across various jurisdictions.
    • Identify and address any compliance issues or concerns.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as law, business, or public policy.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs or compliance, preferably in the gaming industry.
    • Proven track record of ensuring regulatory compliance and mitigating regulatory risks.
  • Skills and Attributes
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
