We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Instrumentation Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is passionate about control systems and instrumentation engineering.


The role will involve providing technical support and expertise in the design and specification of general instrumentation, valves, and DCS/PLC-based control systems. The successful candidate will work closely with the Control Systems & Instrumentation Engineering Group Supervisor (EGS) and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of projects.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in control system/instrumentation engineering, with experience in material handling and process plant instrumentation design. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with both internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and specification of general instrumentation, valves, and DCS/PLC-based control systems.
  • Providing technical support and expertise to project teams.
  • Working closely with the EGS and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and contractors.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10 – 13 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in Control System/Instrumentation Engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with both internal and external clients.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • CPEng status and current RPEQ.
  • Experience with functional safety systems and TUV certification.
  • Smart Instrumentation experience.
