Photography Support Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our photography team as a support assistant.

The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to deliver exceptional customer service, working closely with our photography leadership team to ensure high-quality photographic experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent customer service to guests and ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.
  • Demonstrating a keen eye for capturing special moments and assisting with the setup and operation of photography equipment.
  • Maintaining high levels of professionalism within a fast-paced tourism environment.
  • Generating retail sales and promoting products to guests.
  • Meeting physical requirements of the role, including walking, pushing, pulling and lifting.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum 2 years' experience in a similar retail or hospitality role.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing position with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • A fun, energetic and motivated attitude, with a passion for delivering outstanding results.
  • Highly adaptable and able to work well in a variety of environments.
