Corporate Campus Ambassador

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Corporate Campus Ambassador to join our team at a prominent corporate campus in Macquarie Park. As the ambassador of our campus, you will provide exceptional service to tenants, visitors, and retailers, ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and engaging greetings to guests, assist with queries, and enhance their experience with proactive service.
  • Support events, meetings, and VIP visits, ensuring seamless coordination and a premium experience.
  • Foster a welcoming and community-driven atmosphere across the campus by being visible and approachable.
  • Manage mail and deliveries, assist with general inquiries, and provide hands-on support to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements:

To be successful as a Corporate Campus Ambassador, you should have previous experience in a customer-facing position within an office, hotel, or hospitality environment. You should also possess a genuine passion for connecting with people from diverse backgrounds, building genuine rapport, and nurturing relationships.

Desirable Qualities:

  • At least two years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality, airline, retail, or a similar service-oriented sector.
  • A customer-centric and hospitality-led mindset, adapting to visitors'/employees' needs and preferences to enhance their overall experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and pragmatic approach, always maintaining a positive and solution-focused mindset in addressing challenges.
