As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for assisting in the creation of a safe and nurturing environment for children. This involves helping to deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum while gaining practical experience and completing academic components.

About the Role

The role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with experienced professionals. You will be required to maintain high standards of care and education, ensuring that every child receives a positive and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Child Development: Plan and deliver play-based activities that promote each child's learning and development.
  • Safety and Hygiene: Maintain a safe and stimulating space for children, staff, and visitors, adhering to nursery policies and procedures.
  • Teamwork: Learn and adhere to nursery policies, including safeguarding and health and safety procedures, supporting the nursery team in meeting Ofsted requirements.
