Library Team Leader Position

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team and drive performance in a dynamic library environment.

The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, manage the collection, and provide expert advice and support to staff.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of library staff and managing the library's collection
  • Using workforce management initiatives to support the team and provide expert advice
  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to build relationships and ensure service quality

The ideal candidate will have experience as a leader, a strong understanding of operational excellence, and a passion for public libraries.

They will also be able to build strong relationships with staff and stakeholders, apply expertise in process improvement, and maintain high standards of presentation and facility care.
