  4. Train and coach colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets
  5. Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and fully stocked at all times
  6. Process sales, returns, and large purchases efficiently and effectively
  7. Take ownership of store security and opening/closing procedures
