Cloud Architect Opportunity

The AWS Solutions Architect team is seeking a seasoned Cloud Architect to join our Australian Government community. As a key member of our team, you will craft scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures while partnering with internal teams.

Responsibilities
  • Develop deep expertise in AWS technologies and drive technical solution discussions with customer teams.
  • Build relationships with customers and partners, acting as a trusted technical advisor to influence stakeholders from technical teams to executives.
  • Collaborate with engineering and service teams to gather customer feedback and shape product direction.
  • Work with public sector customers in the Australian Government, National Security, and Defence to handle highly sensitive, time-critical work and strategic outcomes.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in software or Internet industries.
  • 4+ years in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics.
  • 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
