About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Process Operator to join our team at the Port Hedland facility. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fixed plant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate daily operations to maximize production and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
  • Provide training and coaching to junior operators to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Promote a culture of safety and sustainability within the team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in a mining or processing environment.
  • Strong understanding of process control systems and automation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, degree in a related field preferred.
  • Valid WA driver's license (C Class) a plus.
