Delivering Exceptional Event Experiences As a vital member of our operations and logistics team, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless event execution. This position involves coordinating the loading and unloading of catering equipment and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the transport of catering items to and from event locations safely and on time.
  • Prepare necessary equipment according to specific job sheets.
  • Maintain equipment and supplies in good working condition.
  • Ensure the depot is clean, organized, and properly stored.
  • Conduct regular stocktakes to monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
  • Deliver Express Catering items to corporate clients across Brisbane.
Requirements:
  • Australian Open Drivers Licence
  • Experience in logistics, catering, events, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Food hygiene training and accreditation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Experience in conducting stocktakes and inventory management.
