Job Opportunity: Applied Mathematics Lecturer

Lecturers in applied mathematics are highly sought after for their expertise in mathematical modeling, analysis and simulation. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and practice innovative teaching methods, contribute to research and produce high-quality publications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering lectures, tutorials and seminars in applied mathematics
  • Conducting research and producing scholarly publications
  • Seeking external research funding
  • Supervising honours, Masters and HDR students

To be successful in this role, you will need a PhD in an area relevant to the appointment, demonstrated experience in teaching and research, and the ability to work effectively as a team member.
