As a senior social worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to clients across the North West region. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, empathy and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
About the Role- A permanent full-time position is available in the North West Qld region.
- This role falls under the occupational group: Health - Allied Health/Clinical Support.
You will have the opportunity to develop and maintain relationships with community stakeholders, healthcare providers and other relevant agencies.
The key aspects of this role include assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
In addition to delivering exceptional care, the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to take advantage of regional, rural and remote incentives.
Benefits- Accrue an additional three days professional development leave per annum, resulting in a total of six days.
- A professional development allowance of $3512.00 per annum is available for eligible health practitioners working in designated remote areas.
- A Category D allowance of $431.22 per fortnight is also available.
- Tax savings through salary sacrificing options are also available.
