This role presents an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service and support to clients through effective Mandarin language utilization.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with outstanding communication skills in both Mandarin and English, preferably with experience in policy/compliance roles within the banking, finance, or fraud sectors.

The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for two key areas: customer authentication and customer service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Verifying customer information and ensuring compliance with established policies
  • Providing timely solutions to expedite order issuance within defined SLA parameters
  • Resolving customer issues and escalating unusual cases to management

Additional responsibilities involve active participation in authentication projects, recommending procedural improvements to enhance security, and optimizing operational efficiency.

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent written and oral communication proficiency in both Mandarin and English
  • Experience in policy/compliance roles (banking, finance, fraud)
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
