Life Health Services is seeking a compassionate and skilled support worker to provide high-quality assistance to individuals with disabilities.

**Job Description:**

Deliver person-centered support in accordance with the client's NDIS plan, promoting physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. Ensure the health and safety of clients, reporting any issues and concerns.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the disability sector or 3 years' experience part-time.
  • Cert IV in Disability or Cert III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability).
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check, police check, two reference checks, working with children check, valid first aid certificate, and valid CPR certificate.

**Desirable Skills:**

  • Experience supporting clients with mental illnesses.
  • Skills in manual handling, bowel & catheter care, peg feeding.
