Community Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Community Engagement Specialist to manage and organize online and offline communities across the Middle East and North Africa region.

This role is responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media channels, and building relationships with community members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage community members on various social media platforms.
  • Create high-quality content that resonates with the community, including blog posts, videos, and social media posts.
  • Manage and moderate online community forums and chat groups, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute community-building initiatives.
  • Analyze community feedback and suggestions, providing insights to relevant functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Crypto enthusiast with experience using blockchain-related products and services.
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain-related terminologies/trends and a strong interest in crypto culture.
  • Relevant experience creating and curating content for social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, and Discord.
  • Experience establishing KPIs, delivering, reporting, and empowering others to achieve targets.
  • Proven community or event management experience with strong ownership and emotional intelligence.
  • Fluency in English & Arabic is a must, and fluency in French will be beneficial.
