Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Rehabilitation Consultant.

  • This role will involve supporting injured individuals in returning to work, conducting assessments and providing guidance throughout their career transitions.
  • You will be working closely with various stakeholders including health professionals, employers, insurers, and other key partners to create solutions that make a real difference.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master's degree in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling and be registered with AHPRA or ASORC.

Responsibilities
  1. Support injured individuals in returning to work by conducting meaningful assessments and guiding them through life-changing career transitions.
  2. Collaborate with a wide circle of stakeholders to co-create solutions that make a real difference.
  3. Identify barriers and design tailored Return to Work (RTW) plans that focus on recovery, resilience, and reintegration.
  4. Visit workplaces to understand the real challenges and advocate for safer, healthier, and more inclusive environments.
